About Jennah My name is Jennah Grace and I am teaching a form of Qigong called “One Thousand Hands Buddha” or “Opening Your Heart Meditation.” I became interested in studying Qigong after seeking alternative healing for chronic health problems. I began studying Qigong in 1998 instructed by Kim Ivy. Kim is the founder of “Embrace the Moon” in Seattle, Washington. With Kim’s expertise and support, I started a two-year program in February 2003, at Ling Gui International Healing Qigong School in Seattle taught by Master Liu He. In June 2003, I retired, after completing a 30-year career as a Flight Attendant for a major airline. I had been care-taking my entire career and realized it was time to take care of myself. In doing so, I became certified to teach Qigong in July 2005. I retired so I could re-try my life, as well as follow my heart. In order to follow my heart, I had to first open it, especially to myself. This meditation has allowed me to begin the process of self-awareness as well as self-healing. It has made such a difference in my life; I want to be able to share it with my students. My classes will assist you in connecting to your inner self and discovering your own true nature. “Live the truth that resonates with you, regardless of how you have been conditioned or what the good opinion of others might be.” ~Dr. Wayne Dyer~ True wisdom is about self-discovery. Allow me to assist you in that journey. Thank you for your interest. Jennah Grace
